Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. Following Board approval and City Council authorization, the City shall receive in accordance with this Agreement, from the TIF Fund a total maximum reimbursement of FOURTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($14,210,000.00) plus financing costs for eligible Project Costs.

Maximum Reimbursement.
