Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum amount the RIRs shall reimburse the Operator pursuant to Article 5.1 above shall be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($250,000.00 USD) per calendar year unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all Parties (actual cost-based amount to be determined via discussion with the Operator).
