Common use of Maximum Reuse and Recycling Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reuse and Recycling. CONTRACTOR shall process Large Items in accordance with the following hierarchy: Reuse as is (where energy efficiency is not compromised) Disassemble for reuse or Recycling Recycle Disposal CONTRACTOR shall not landfill such Large Items unless the Large Items cannot be reused or Recycled.
