Common use of May Hold Certificates Clause in Contracts

May Hold Certificates. Subject to Section 3.10, the Pass Through Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent, in their respective individual or any other capacity, may hold or become pledgee of Certificates in their own names and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company, any Owner Participant, any Lessor, an Affiliate of any of the foregoing or an Indenture Trustee with the same rights it would have if it were not Pass Through Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, an Affiliate of any of the foregoing or such other agent, subject to Section 7.08 in the case of the Pass Through Trustee.
