Common use of MCC Clause in Contracts

MCC. MCC will take all appropriate actions to carry out its responsibilities in connection with this Agreement and the Program, including, without limitation, exercise of its approval rights. In addition, pursuant to Section 2.1(b) of this Agreement, MCC may directly administer a portion of the Grant to implement the MCC-Administered Activities. To do so, MCC may enter into contracts, grants, cooperative agreements or other arrangements with providers of goods and services in order to carry out the MCC-Administered Activities.

MCC. MCC will agrees to take all appropriate actions to carry out its responsibilities in connection with this Agreement and the Program, including, without limitation, exercise of its approval rights. In addition, pursuant to Section 2.1(b) of this Agreement, MCC may directly administer a portion MCC’s management and oversight of the Grant Program is expected to implement include an MCC country director and an implementation support team, who shall manage the MCC Contracted Activities. MCC shall also engage MCC-Administered Activities.
