Common use of MDOC/MPRI Consumers Clause in Contracts

MDOC/MPRI Consumers. MSHN will not subsidize the cost of treatment for consumers who are placed in treatment programs under contract with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) or Michigan Prisoner Re-entry Initiative (MPRI). In no case will MSHN funds constitute duplication of payment for any consumer receiving funds under the MDOC/MPRI contracts. This includes State Disability Assistance.
