Meaning of Certain Phrase. In this Agreement the phrase “in the ordinary course of business” or “ordinary course” and similar expressions shall, as applicable, mean and refer to the ordinary course of business conduct of a Party (or its Subsidiaries) in a commercially reasonable and business-like manner consistent with the past practices of such Party. References to any contract, license, lease, agreement, indenture, arrangement or commitment shall be a reference to such contract, license, lease, agreement, indenture, arrangement or commitment, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. The words “the aggregate of”, “the total of”, “the sum of”, or a phrase of similar meaning means “the aggregate (or total or sum), without duplication, of.”
