Common use of Means and Methods Clause in Contracts

Means and Methods. Architect will neither have control over or charge of, nor be responsible for, the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs, in connection with the Work, since these are solely CM/GC’s, Subcontractor’s and Supplier’s responsibilities under the Contract Documents. Architect will neither have control over or charge of, nor be responsible for, acts or omissions of CM/GC, Subcontractors, Suppliers or their agents or employees, or of any other persons performing any portion of the Work. For clarity, this Section applies to all Phases of the Project.
