Means of Achieving Objectives Sample Clauses

The "Means of Achieving Objectives" clause defines how parties are permitted or required to accomplish the goals set out in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether a party has discretion in choosing the methods and resources used to fulfill their obligations, or if they must follow specific procedures or standards. For example, it may allow a contractor to select their own tools and processes to complete a project, provided the end result meets the agreed specifications. The core function of this clause is to clarify the level of flexibility or control each party has in achieving contractual objectives, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over performance methods.
