Means of Communication. The Customer agrees that the Company shall be entitled to record all communications between the Parties or any representative thereof and maintain such records at its discretion and without further notice. The Company shall make available to the Customer all the information that the Company is obliged, according to the relevant provisions of the Payment Services Law 128 (I)/2009, to provide or to make available to the Customer. Such information shall be made available at least on a monthly basis. Where the Customer is other than a consumer or a micro-enterprise, the Company shall not be obliged to prove that it has complied with the information requirements imposed by the Payment Services Law 128(I)/2009. 1. by posting it to the mailing address given by the Customer 2. by electronic means i.e email or fax, provided that such information has been provided to the Company and that the Customer has given his consent to receive information by electronic means 3. in any other way the Company deems appropriate 1. telephone by calling +▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on a 24 hour basis 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 2. fax +▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 3. in writing at the Company’s postal address: ▇.▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Failure of the Customer to do so shall be considered as negligence.
