MEASUREMENT AND TESTING. 6.1 The volume of Gas received by Gatherer shall be measured at the master meters immediately downstream of each Point of Receipt. The facilities to measure the volume and quality of Gas delivered at the Point(s) of Receipt will be owned, maintained and operated by Gatherer. 6.2 The volume of Gas delivered by Gatherer at the Point of Delivery shall be metered through a meter caused to be located by Gatherer at the Point of Delivery. 6.3 In the event that at any time, or from time to time, Gatherer commingles Gas from Point(s) of Receipt with Gas from other than the Point(s) of Receipt hereunder, Gatherer agrees to measure such other gas prior to its entering Gatherer's System. 6.4 The unit of measurement for Gas hereunder shall be one (1) cubic foot of gas, and the term "cubic foot of gas" wherever used herein shall mean a cubic foot of Gas at a temperature of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60DEGF) and at a pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73)
