Measurement Devices. The Parties agree that measurement of Product (a) at the Receipt Points shall be by outage rod with respect to each railcar with Product to be unloaded at the rail unloading facilities and thereafter stored in the Mentor Cavern (and compared to the ▇▇▇▇ of lading issued at the Tioga rail terminal to determine any losses) and (b) at the Delivery Points shall be by scale at the truck loading facilities; provided, however, that the Parties shall meet TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
