MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. When space is offered and accepted, the space will be mutually measured upon substantial completion and delivery. Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurements; however, payment will not be made for delivered space which is in excess of the maximum square footage solicited. The annual rent will be calculated by multiplying the annual square footage rate times square footage.
