Measurement of Distance Clause Samples

Measurement of Distance. All distances shall be measured in accordance with the RAC or similar Route Finder to identify the fastest route from where their Employer requires them to report for work.
Measurement of Distance. Except as provided in subdivision (b), whereverWherever these regulations contemplate an award of points based on a measurement of distance, that distance shall be measured from the perimeter of the proposed Project to the perimeter of the site amenity referenced. Applications shall include a detailed scaled-for-distance map from which the Committee can document that the measurement criteria have been met.
Measurement of Distance. For purposes of determining the distance between a well and the Truckee River, the Little Truckee River, a stream, lake, pond or spring as set forth in Section 10.B, only the horizontal component of the distance shall be used, and the measurement shall be from the centerline of a river or a stream, from the ordinary high water line of a lake or a pond, and from the center of a spring to the closest unsealed portion of the well below ground level into which water may flow.
Measurement of Distance. All distances shall be measured in a straight line from the booking-on centre at the job to the convenient centre in the area in which the employee is living. Where an employee is entitled to periodic travelling time payments, they shall only be paid in respect of the journey one way. Alternatively, a web site based, or computer-based programme may be used to identify the shortest travel distance.
Measurement of Distance. All distances shall be measured on an Ordnance Survey Map in the one-inch or 1:50,000 series in a straight line from the centre of the kilometre square in which lies the place where their employer requires them to report for work (job centre), the centre of each square being taken as the intersection of its diagonals. Alternatively, a web site based, or computer-based programme may be used to identify the shortest travel distance.

Related to Measurement of Distance

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the ▇▇▇▇▇ Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF ▇▇▇.▇▇, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.
