MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1 The amounts supplied at the entry points will be measured by means of the measurement devices located at the points themselves, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Technical System Management Regulations, as well as in its Detail Protocols, which will include the requirements for carrying out the necessary checks on the running of the measurement units, how often they are to be performed and the measures to adopt in the event that the units malfunction. 8.2 The Carrier must check the quality of the gas at the gas entry point.
