Common use of Measurements and Tests Clause in Contracts

Measurements and Tests. All matters related to the procedure and method of measuring the quantity and quality of the Natural Gas that is delivered at an Entry Point or received at an Exit Point specified in Annex 2 hereof, the Transmission User’s access to the metering devices, and the settlement of disputes between the Parties with regard to measurements shall be governed by the provisions of the Code and the NNGS Measurements Regulation.
