Measures to Increase Efficiency. The parties have agreed that in order to develop a more efficient and productive enterprise it is necessary to create a co-operative work environment and appropriate consultative mechanisms involving the employer and the employees. A nominee of the employees covered by this agreement and a nominee from the business and a TWU nominee where a nominee from the TWU is requested to participate, shall meet to discuss any proposed measure intended to improve the productivity and efficiency of work carried out under this agreement. In the event that consultations are unable to satisfactorily resolve any matters the dispute resolution procedure at clause 24 shall apply. Both parties agree that the CMI Distribution Manager must use every available resource within or outside this agreement to maintain customer satisfaction/service and reliability.
