Measuring Local Interconnection Minutes. 5.6.1 Measurement of terminating local interconnection minutes begins when the terminating LIS entry switch receives answer supervision from the called end user's end office indicating the called end user has answered. The measurement of terminating call usage over LIS trunks ends when the terminating LIS entry switch receives disconnect supervision from either the called end user's end office, indicating the called end user has disconnected, or NorthPoint's Point of Interconnection, whichever is recognized first by the entry switch. 5.6.2 USWC and NorthPoint are required to provide each other the proper call information (e.g., originating call party number and destination call party number, etc.) to enable each Party to issue bills in a complete and timely fashion.
