Mechanical and Electrical Systems. 6.1 The maintenance of the private mechanical and electrical systems of the Lessee shall be maintained by it at its costs, unless there is an agreement to the contrary. 6.2 The allocation of costs of supplying fluids, electrical consumption or any other source of energy shall be made by the Lessor.
