Common use of Mechanical Breakdowns Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Breakdowns. 15.1 Any mechanical problems associated with the Vehicle must be reported to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as soon as possible in order to give ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period. Equipment failure must also be reported to Apollo. 15.2 If Apollo is not contacted or You do not allow ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period You agree that the problem is of such a minor nature that You make no claim for loss of time in respect of the rental period.
