Common use of Mechanical Breakdowns Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Breakdowns. Any mechanical problems associated with the Vehicle must be reported to Apollo Fleet Maintenance as soon as possible in order to give ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period. Equipment failure must also be reported to Apollo. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is either not contacted or You do not allow ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period, You agree that the problem is of such a minor nature that You make no claim for loss of time in respect of the rental period.
