Except to the extent permitted by clause (2) of the definition of Permitted Liens, as defined in the Indenture, Grantor shall not permit or suffer any mechanic's, laborer's, materialman's, statutory or other lien (other than any lien for taxes not yet due) to be created upon or filed against the Property.
