Common use of Mechanics on Stand-by Clause in Contracts

Mechanics on Stand-by. A mechanic who is authorized for possible call-out shall be provided with cell phone and a vehicle during stand-by periods which may occur between the winter months of November 15th to April 15th inclusive and stand-by provisions outlined in 19.04 a) shall apply during the winter months to authorized Mechanics.
