Common use of Mechanisms for Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Mechanisms for Cooperation. The JWG shall implement, administer and execute the following measures: • Selection of students from the Institute at the end of KPIT PACE Foundation (before 7th semester). • Internship to top-performing students in their 8th semester, as part of KPIT PACE Advanced. 5.1 Sustained engagement of students for skill-building on the three skill-tracks of KPIT PACE: KPIT has planned a sustained engagement by way of continuous skill- building and gamification (contests). Colleges are requested to ensure sustained engagement of the students; and prevent malpractices during the contests. It is reiterated that performance in the contests shall not determine the selection at the Campus Selection stage. Participation and gamification during the KPIT PACE Foundation is primarily for skill-building and generating interest.
