MEC’s Rights Regarding New Distribution Agreements. Except as expressly provided in any KO Distribution Agreement with a KO/MEC Distributor and this Agreement (including Section 1.6), nothing in this Agreement should be construed as granting KO Distributors exclusive distribution rights for the Products or otherwise prohibiting MEC from entering or maintaining relationships with other distributors.
