Common use of Mediator Clause in Contracts

Mediator. 15.4.1 If the parties cannot resolve the Dispute under clause 15.3 within that period, they must refer the Dispute to a mediator. 15.4.2 If, within a further twenty (20) Business Days, the parties to the Dispute do not agree on a mediator, a party to the Dispute may ask the chairman of the Resolving Body to appoint a mediator. 15.4.3 The mediator assists in negotiating a resolution of the Dispute.
