Common use of Medium Term Notes Clause in Contracts

Medium Term Notes. Pursuant to the terms hereof and of the Base MTN Agreement, the Issuer does hereby constitute and issue a Series of Medium-Term Notes, to be known as the “Series No. 3 Medium-Term Notes” or the “Series 3 Notes” having the terms and conditions set forth herein.
