MEET AND DISCUSS PROCEDURES. Personnel defined as administrative under Act 93 have the right to “meet and discuss” with the Board if they so request. Also, it is understood and agreed by the Board that the Act requires that a majority of those defined as “administration” in the District shall request the right to “meet and discuss” in “good faith.”
