Common use of Meeting of Representatives Clause in Contracts

Meeting of Representatives. If HMC either (i) is not satisfied with Licensee’s reply or (ii) Licensee fails to reply within 30 days, then HMC may require a meeting between senior representatives of each party (i.e., officers whose positions are at the level of vice- president or above) to resolve the parties’ differences within 30 days after either (x) the receipt of the reply or, (y) if no reply is received, the end of the initial 30-day period.
