Common use of Meeting Time and Place Clause in Contracts

Meeting Time and Place. The employee must get to his/her place of work or to the “train station of site listed” on “the date of your arrival” by the appointed time, generally 4pm at the latest. The employee must confirm his/her arrival to the Site Director by e-mail or any other means at his/her convenience at least five days in advance.
