MEETINGS AND ACTION OF COMMITTEES. Meetings and action of committees shall be governed by and held in accordance with the provisions of this Governing Agreement concerning meetings of the Executive Board unless otherwise directed by the Executive Board.

MEETINGS AND ACTION OF COMMITTEES. Meetings and action actions of the Executive Committee and other committees shall be governed by by, noticed, held and held taken in accordance with the provisions of this Governing Agreement these By-laws concerning meetings of the Executive Board unless otherwise directed by of Directors, with such changes in the context of such Bylaw provisions as are necessary to substitute the Executive Committee or other committees and its members for the Board. The Board of Directors or such other committees may also adopt rules and regulations pertaining to the conduct of meetings of the committees to the extent that such rules and regulations are not inconsistent with the provisions of these By-laws.
