Common use of Meetings of Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Meetings of Securityholders. To the extent provided by the Supplement for any Series issued in whole or in part in Bearer Securities, the Servicer or the Trustee may at any time call a meeting of the Securityholders of such Series, to be held at such time and at such place as the Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be, shall determine, for the purpose of approving a modification of or amendment to, or obtaining a waiver of, any covenant or condition set forth in this Agreement with respect to such Series or in the Securities of such Series, subject to Section 13.1 of this Agreement.
