Meetings of Shareholders and Right to Information. The Bondholders shall be entitled to attend all general meetings of Shareholders of the Issu- er, in accordance with Article 537 of the Belgian Company Code, and they shall be entitled to receive or examine any documents that are to be remitted or disclosed to them in accord- ance with the Belgian Company Code. The Bondholders who attend any general meeting of shareholders shall be entitled only to a consultative vote.
