Common use of Member Declaration Clause in Contracts

Member Declaration. 9.1.1 All current representatives of Members of the Partnership must sign to confirm that they have read, understood and agree to abide by the terms of this Partnership Agreement. They are signing on behalf of the organisation/group they represent.

They are signing on behalf of the organisation/group they represent. 9.1.2 The Partnership Co-ordinator will explain the Agreement to any new partner organisation or new representative and arrange for them to sign the agreement within one month of them being selected.
