Membership Applications. The District shall distribute CSEA-supplied membership applications to new hires. The District shall set aside any membership applications collected by Personnel during the onboarding process in a secure manner. The CSEA Chapter President/Designee shall collect the applications and process them.
Membership Applications a) Applications for Associate Membership will be approved by the directors of program and treasury, and the business manager. They have the right to refuse applications.
b) By submitting an application form by email, the applicant is deemed to have signed the application form.
c) After applications are approved, the applicant’s email contact(s) are added to the AM Mailing List.
Membership Applications. 1.1. You can make an application to become a member of the Club by completing a membership application form at the Club. The Club offers different categories of membership, as set out on the Club’s website.
1.2. Every applicant must be at least 18 and must provide photo ID to the Club as part of their membership application process.
1.3. We have absolute discretion to accept or reject membership applications. If we accept your application, a Contract between us is formed and your membership with us will commence on the start date set out on your membership application form (or the first time you use the Club’s facilities, if earlier) (the Start Date). From the Start Date, you shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges for your category of membership.
1.4. Subject to Clause 8.2 and Clause 15, upon joining the Club on the Start Date, you agree to the membership period stated on your membership application form (the Initial Term). Thereafter, you may terminate your contract at any time in accordance with Clause 8.1.
1.5. You warrant on an ongoing basis that all information provided by you to us from time to time, including your payment details, is and shall be true, accurate and complete in all respects and you agree to update your details promptly in the event of any change to any information previously provided.
1.6. Prior to the start of your membership you will be issued with a Membership Card. Entry to the Club is gained on presentation of a valid Membership Card which is scanned to operate the turnstiles. If you do not have your Membership Card on entry, you may not be allowed access to the Club.
1.7. You must keep your Membership Card safe and secure and you must ensure that nobody but you uses your Membership Card.
1.8. Membership Cards remain the property of the Club. There is a fee for replacement of lost or damaged Membership Cards.
1.9. Membership of the Club is personal to you and you cannot assign or transfer your Membership.
Membership Applications. 7.1 Application of Membership Once an application has been completed (see Membership Application Form Appendix 2), the Acceptance Document (see appendix 1) signed, and the Crime Manager is satisfied that the applicant is able to comply with the terms and conditions of membership, it should be submitted to the Board for their agreement by majority vote. Submission may be at a regular meeting or by virtual means
Membership Applications. Individuals can at any time apply to become new members of the Collaboration. Individuals wishing to join the Collaboration are invited to indicate in their application the amount of contribution as measured in effort or a deliverable. The application is sent to the Chairman of the Steering Board, who notifies the applicant of the receipt of the application, and forwards this to the members of the Steering Board. The Steering Board may request further information from applicants before making its decision. Individuals who would be represented by existing signing parties become members after approval by a simple majority of the Steering Board. Individuals who would be represented by a new signing party become members after approval by the Steering Board and signature of the Collaboration Agreement. Before making its decision, the Steering Board seeks a recommendation from the Oversight Board. The Oversight Board is assumed to recommend that the Steering Board make whatever decision it considers appropriate if the Oversight Board does not respond within two months. If the Oversight Board chair requests further information from the Steering Board, the delay of two months begins at the time of the receipt of this information by the Oversight Board chair.
Membership Applications. 2.1 The decision to accept the application of a potential member shall be at the sole discretion of Active 24/7. Active 24/7 reserves the right to verify, or require proof of all information given in order to obtain membership. Any fraudulent or wrongful information given in order to obtain such membership could result in the cancellation of all membership rights without refund.
2.2 If the membership application is accepted by Active 24/7, membership shall commence on the start date and end on the end date.

You must ensure that you provide all relevant supporting information when submitting your application. A failure to supply any required information or an incomplete application may result in the application being delayed or refused. • Anyone under the age of 17 wishing to join must have their application dual signed by a parent or guardian • Children from 16 can train on their own in staffed hours • Children from the age of 12 are welcome to train during staffed hours with an adult • Once forms are completed and payment is received you will be required to fill out Pre Exercise Questionnaire and Terms and Conditions of using HSC Fit at HSC Fit Reception. • The member agrees to disclose all relevant personal and health information both prior to and during engagement in any exercise programs. • Once paperwork is completed you will be issued with your key fob and be required to have your photo taken to put on file Hunter Sports Centre may refuse your application if: • You fail to properly complete the application for Membership. • HSC management determines, in HSC’s sole opinion, that You or Your child are in any way a threat to the health, safety or wellbeing to any patron, employee, agent or contractor; or • You fail to comply with any other reasonable requirements of Hunter Sports Centre. Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all applications must be accompanied by payment in full of the corresponding fee. All current fees are available on the Website. Members are able to transfer their membership to an eligible person, it will incur the administration fee $50 and letter in writing of who the transfer is between and be signed by both parties.

The employer shall not interfere with terms of any agreement between CSEA and the Employer’s employee with regard to that employee’s membership in CSEA, including but not limited to automatic renewal yearly unless the worker drops out during a specific window period. The employer shall not be obligated to track membership status or implement a payroll deduction for a new member or a change in existing member’s dues until the next payroll cycle occurring thirty (30) or more days after receipt of written notice from CSEA.
Membership Applications. 1.1 An individual or body eligible for membership under the Rules who/which wishes to become a Member shall lodge with the Co-operative a written application for membership (in such form as the Directors require), signed by him/her or (in the case of a corporate body) signed on its behalf by an appropriate officer of that body. An eligible Member is a tenant who fulfils such criteria for length of tenure as the Co-operative may from time to time decide and who is not more than three month in arrears to the Co-operative. The Co-operative may set different criteria for length of membership for tenants and hot-desk users so long as such criteria are clear and transparent.
1.2 The Directors shall be entitled at their discretion to decline to admit to membership any individual or body applying for membership under the provisions of the Rules.
1.3 Each application for membership shall be considered by the Directors at the first meeting of the Directors which is held after receipt by the Co-operative of the written application required under the provisions of the Co-operative’s Rules.
1.4 The Directors shall, as soon as reasonably practicable notify the applicant in writing of the Directors’ decision as to whether or not to admit him/her/it to membership.
