MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING OR AGREEMENT. During the process of collective bargaining for this Collective Agreement, Memoranda or Agreement of Letters of Understanding reduced to writing and executed by agents of the Foundation and the Union shall become part of the said Collective Agreement.
