Memorandum of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Agreement without obtaining the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall promptly, upon the request of Landlord, enter into a short form memorandum of this Agreement, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference is made to this Agreement and to such provisions herein that Landlord may desire to include in such memorandum. All costs and expenses of recording such memorandum shall be payable by the party that records such memorandum.
