Memorandum of Settlement. The provisions of this negotiated agreement which includes all provisions of Collective Agreement except those items modified and signed by the parties as of August or as specified herein, are subject to ratification by the Union membership which shall be completed as soon as possible. The Union agrees to fully recommend complete acceptance of the tentative agreement to its members. Once ratified, the Collective Agreement shall become effective immediately except as denoted in the Collective Agreement or as specified herein.
