MEP Systems Sample Clauses

It typically outlines the scope of work, performance criteria, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations for these systems, and may specify responsibilities for design, installation, and testing. By clearly delineating expectations for MEP systems, this clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations, reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the building’s essential services are delivered to the required standard.
