Merchandise Items Clause Samples

The 'merchandise-items' clause defines the specific goods or products that are covered under an agreement. It typically lists or describes the items that one party will supply, sell, or distribute, and may include details such as product specifications, quantities, or categories. By clearly identifying the merchandise involved, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what is being exchanged, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over the scope of goods included in the contract.
