Common use of Merchant Operating Guide Clause in Contracts

Merchant Operating Guide. Merchant acknowledges receiving a copy of the Operating Guide (the “Merchant Operating Guide”), which is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement by this reference. Merchant agrees to follow all procedures set forth in Merchant Operating Guide, as it may be amended from time to time, including without limitation, the authorization procedures and the procedures for preparation of Card Items to be presented to ISO/Bank. As used in this Agreement, the term “Card” means sales drafts, credit vouchers, and similar documents and items used in connection with processing Card transactions, whether physically imprinted or electronically printed; and Card “transaction” refers to credits as well as debits to Cardholders.
