This Amendment embodies the entire agreement and understanding among any Credit Party, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Lender and the Lenders and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings among any Credit Party, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Lender and the Lenders relating to the subject matter hereof or thereof.
