Common use of Merger and Integration Clause in Contracts

Merger and Integration. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the matters covered and the transactions contemplated hereby, and no other agreement, statement or promise made by any party hereto, or by any employee, officer, agent or attorney of any party hereto, which is not contained herein shall be valid or binding.

Merger and Integration. This Agreement, the Notes, the Security Agreement contains and the Warrants contain the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the matters covered and the transactions contemplated herebyhereby and thereby, and no other agreement, statement or promise made by any party heretosuch party, or by any employee, officer, agent or attorney of any party heretosuch party, which is not contained herein or therein, shall be valid or binding.

Merger and Integration.
