Common use of Merger Consolidation or Conversion Clause in Contracts

Merger Consolidation or Conversion. With the approval of the General Partner and a Majority-in-Interest of the Partners, the Partnership may (a) merge with, or consolidate into, one or more other business entities, or (b) convert to another form of business entity.
