Merger, Conversion or Consolidation of Collateral Agent. Any Person into which the Collateral Agent may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Collateral Agent shall be a party, or any Person succeeding to the corporate trust business of the Collateral Agent shall be the successor of the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.3.

Merger, Conversion or Consolidation of Collateral Agent. Any Person (i) into which the Collateral Agent may be merged or converted consolidated or with which it (ii) that may be consolidated, or any Person resulting result from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Collateral Agent shall be a party, or any Person succeeding to the corporate trust business of party shall (if the Collateral Agent shall is not the surviving entity) be the successor of the Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.3without the execution or filing of any document or any further act on the part of any of the parties hereto or any Secured Claimholder.
