Merger or Consolidation of, or Assumption of the Obligations of, Servicer Sample Clauses

This clause governs what happens if the servicer merges with another company, is consolidated, or if another entity assumes its obligations. It typically requires that the successor entity must assume all duties and responsibilities of the original servicer, and may require prior approval or notification to relevant parties. The core function of this clause is to ensure continuity and reliability in servicing obligations, preventing disruption or uncertainty if the servicer's corporate structure changes.
