Common use of Merger Proposal Clause in Contracts

Merger Proposal. Each of the Company and, if applicable, Merger Sub, shall, take the following actions within the time frames set forth herein; provided, however, that any such actions or the time frame for taking such action shall be subject to any amendment in the applicable provisions of the Companies Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder (and in case of an amendment thereto, such amendment shall automatically apply so as to amend this ‎Section 6.6
