If GRANTEE merges with an organization that is currently receiving VCLG grant funds for the same purpose, directly from the OAG, and the merger is completed during the current the Contract term, the standing organization may seek reimbursement for the remaining OAG funding of the dissolving organization in addition to the standing organization’s current funding.
