Common use of Message Screening Clause in Contracts

Message Screening. 9.4.3.6.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from Xspedius local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from Xspedius local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from Xspedius from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius SCP has a legitimate signaling relation.

Message Screening. 9.4.3.6.1 11.3.6.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.2 11.3.6.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.3 11.3.6.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius NEW MILLENNIUM SCP has a legitimate signaling relation.

Message Screening. 9.4.3.6.1 10.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from Xspedius Clearwave Communications local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius Clearwave Communications switching system has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship. 9.4.3.6.2 10.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from Xspedius Clearwave Communications local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius Clearwave Communications switching system has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship. 9.4.3.6.3 10.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from Xspedius Clearwave Communications from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius Clearwave Communications SCP has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship.

Message Screening. 9.4.3.6.1 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from Xspedius U-Dial local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius U-Dial switching system has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship. 9.4.3.6.2 7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from Xspedius U-Dial local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius U-Dial switching system has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship. 9.4.3.6.3 7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from Xspedius U-Dial from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius U-Dial SCP has a legitimate valid signaling relationrelationship.

Message Screening. 9.4.3.6.1 11.3.6.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from Xspedius AXSYS local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius AXSYS switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.2 11.3.6.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from Xspedius AXSYS local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius AXSYS switching system has a legitimate signaling relation. 9.4.3.6.3 11.3.6.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from Xspedius AXSYS from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the Xspedius AXSYS SCP has a legitimate signaling relation.
