Metadata Feed Conflicts. It is understood and agreed that to the extent there are any conflicts between (a) the Metadata Feed, or any metadata or rules indicated by Provider in the Content Management Tools, and (b) any terms in this Agreement, the information in (a) of this Section 1.2.4 will control.
